Evelo sells thoughtfully-designed and masterfully-built electric bicycles. In 2011, Twin was approached give a face to the new brand, and to create an online store that would fulfill the majority of the company’s orders. After nearly six years, Evelo has grown to become one of the premiere retailers of electric bicycles. And it was time for a complete redesign. Twin was brought on once again to improve the buying experience for potential customers of all ages, skill-levels, and web-savviness. The main challenge of selling a premium product over the internet is making the customer feel 100% assured and informed at every possible point of purchase. This meant designing and developing custom sales tools to aid in this process, including a Free Fit Quiz, which helps the buyer find the right bike model for them by clicking through a series of simple, visually-driven questions.
